More and more people are learning to dance Ballroom & Latin American dancing, it's great fun and a good source of exercise, we don't just teach you to dance, we provide you with the facility to practice your dancing, and to enjoy your dancing socially in Worthing & Angmering (nr Littlehampton) in West Sussex .
Classes
Learning to dance shouldn’t be intimidating, dull or regimented. It should be easy, and just a little bit addictive. Most of all it should be great fun.
Learning in a class, at a dance school with an IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association www.idta.co.uk qualified teacher is a great way to learn the different dances..
There are classes in Worthing & Angmering (nr Littlehampton).
Private Lessons
Individual tuition can help you to tailor your requirements to learn the dances you prefer, learn at a quicker pace than with a class, concentrate on improving your individual dance skills and the quality of your dancing to get the most enjoymenty out of your dancing.

Social Dances
Once you have a basic knowledge of the dances, and to get the best out of your lessons, you need to practice the steps you have been taught in your classes. We have a social dance every Monday, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced dancer you will find room to dance, to great music, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Our dances are not suitable for advanced competition dancers or children.

Saturday Dances
We also run a number of regular Social Dances in Worthing on Saturdays throughout the year so that dancers can relax and enjoy their dancing with friends and other dancers. After all what is the point of learning to dance if you don’t allow yourself that ‘Fred & Ginger’ moment amongst other dancers and friends..
