Welcome to simply dancing, we are a dance school and our aim is to provide what are probably the best music and dance facilities for Ballroom & Latin American Dancing in Worthing & West Sussex.
Ballroom & Latin American dancing is back on the agenda following the success of the ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ programmes on BBC television.
More and more people are learning to dance Ballroom & Latin American, our aim is to provide you with the facilities to enable you to practice and enjoy your dancing socially.
Social/Practice Dances
Once you have a basic knowledge of the dances, and to get the best out of your lessons, you need to practice the steps you learn in your classes. We run a social/practice dance every Monday for dancers of all levels. (See diary page for details)..
Saturday Dances.
We run a number of Social Dances throughout the year so that dancers can relax and enjoy their dancing with friends and other dancers. After all what is the point of learning to dance if you don’t allow yourself that ‘Fred & Ginger’ moment amongst other dancers and friends..

Simply Dancing events are for people who want to dance in great surroundings, with really good music. We play the full range of Ballroom & Latin American dances with some Salsa & Argentine Tango (but not sequence)...
