Ballroom & Latin American Dancing in Worthing
We are a local dance school based in Worthing, West Sussex, where you can learn to dance Ballroom & Latin American. We will teach you to dance either in classes or by private lessons, once you have mastered the basic steps you can practice & enjoy your dancing at our regular Social Dances in Worthing.
Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced dancer you will find room to dance, to great music, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
More and more people are learning to dance Ballroom & Latin American dancing, it's great fun and a good source of exercise, Dancing can be one of the most exhilarating and effective ways to gain fitness and lose weight. Particularly when it come to the fast moving dances such as the Cha Cha, Samba, Quickstep & Jive.
Many of the celebrities on Strictly Come Dancing have shed weight from their time on the show, Lisa Riley (2012) slid from a dress size 28 to 16 because of her time on the show, Susanna Reid (TV News Reader) saw more than 1/2 a stone drop off during her time on the show, even super slim Kimberley Walsh saw her hips reduced by 7 cm.
For the men James Martin gave away 1.5 stone, former cricketer Darren Gough 11lbs and even super fit Colin Jackson lost 2lbs during his stint on the show.
While we can't guarantee that you will lose weight, you will enjoy learning to dance in one of our classes or dancing at one of our social dances.

Simply Dancing classes are designed to help you learn the basics, we’ll teach you everything from the foxtrot to a sultry tango, - and make sure you never, ever play the wallflower again. No more watching from the sidelines.
Learning in a class, at a dance school with an IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association www.idta.co.uk qualified teacher is a great way to learn the different dances..

Individual tuition helps you to tailor your requirements, to learn the dances you prefer, learn at your own pace, and concentrate on improving your individual dance skills and the quality of your dancing to get the most enjoyment out of your dancing.
